Love’s Grief & Loving Kindness
Co-Teaching with Ella Kennaway
A 90 min class exploring the eternal connection between love and loss, delving into how we can find resilience through the ups and downs of life through the yoga practice.
Inspired by the teachings of Jivamukti Yoga (through Arly), and the Buddhist practice of Love and Kindness (through Ella), this session will explore how grief is not separate from love, but an expression of its depth. Connecting with our deep innate capacity for love and kindness we may unearth tools that allow us to find a calmer more open mind and body.
Through dynamic asana, meditation, and mantra, we will create space to embrace vulnerability, and cultivate a sense of inner peace. This workshop is open to all levels, offering a supportive environment to move, breathe, and reflect with intention.
